Shipping and Handling

The below information is for Australian shipping only.


We offer a flat rate for shipping of $15 inc GST per order of prints through Australia Post. Prints will be posted in either an A3 or A2 size Mailing Tube depending on the size of the prints ordered. As the prints will be rolled up into a Mailing Tube, it is recommended you flatten out the print upon opening your parcel on a flat, clean surface.


Shipping for Small Things is calculated based on the weight of the order, one book weighs just over 500g, the Medium category used for Australia Post Prepaid Parcel’s. 1-5 Small Things book’s can be posted for $15 inc GST. Postage will be calculated at checkout based on book order quantity.


Greeting Cards
Greeting Cards purchased on their own can be sent through the Australia Post standard document service for more affordable postage of $5 in GST.


Combined Shipping
Combined shipping is provided for Print orders or the purchase of Small Things book and Greeting Cards automatically.


Seperate shipping charges will apply for the purchase of Prints combined in an order with Greeting Cards or Small Things book. This is due to the shape and thickness of the items, as we cannot post the Small Things book or Greeting Cards together with the Prints in the Mailing Tube.


The exception to this is any A4 print, as it will not be bent or damaged if posted with the Small Things book, as they are the same size.


Extra Cover
Australia Post offer the additional option of Extra Cover for loss or damage for added security. This is an additional cost of $1.50 inc GST per $100. If Extra Cover is not purchased, once we have posted the item delivery is out of our control. please see our Website Terms and Conditions for more information.


As we do not take responsibility for the theft of packages, we do offer an additional signature service if you would like to sign for your order. This service requires a signature upon delivery to ensure correct delivery. This service is an additional $15 inc GST and can be selected from the checkout.


Handling time is approximately 5 business days, however may be longer if the order is not in stock. If the order is not in stock we will notify you regarding the delay and provide an estimated timeframe if we are still able to complete the order.
